Volunteers

The Therapy Garden could not exist without our committed team of volunteers.

Our volunteers received the Queens Award for Voluntary Service in 2017. This is the highest award achievable within the voluntary sector and is the equivalent to an MBE. We already knew our volunteers were fabulous but now it is official!

If you would like to join us then we are always looking for volunteers to help with the following:

Supporting students and clients with gardening activities
Garden maintenance such as weeding and mowing
Carpentry and building maintenance tasks
Fundraising and administration support
Volunteer drivers and chaperones to transport students/ clients to and from the garden in our vehicle

If you are able to offer your time please enrol via the online form on this page. If you would like more information or to visit the garden before you enrol then please get in touch with Jo Power on 01483 813846 or jo.power@thetherapygarden.org.
