Space to Breathe

What is ‘Space to Breathe’?

‘Space to Breathe’ is for anyone in the community who is experiencing mild depression, anxiety or social isolation.

Spending time in nature has many proven benefits for emotional health and wellbeing. Spending time with others facing similar challenges offers the opportunity for mutual support and understanding. Spending time gardening enables you to experience the satisfaction of physical accomplishment whilst providing rest for the mind.

Our relaxed programme includes a horticultural activity and conversation over refreshments.

Sessions take place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month

● To attend a session there is a fee of £10 to cover a contribution towards refreshments and light guided horticultural activities.
