Venue hire

The Therapy Garden and its Centre Building, is an ideal venue for talks and lectures, adult education classes, community group meetings, meditation or exercise classes, drinks receptions or garden parties. The Centre Building offers hirers a spacious meeting area along with a well-equipped kitchen and cloakroom. Our Garden Room is ideal for small groups and can be hired for support groups, counselling sessions or interviews.

The Therapy Garden is close to Normandy’s other leisure facilities including the Village Hall, Village Shop and Café.  Free and extensive car parking is available.

    NB. Charges for the hiring of halls and classrooms are usually exempt from VAT.
    * A single £40 charge is added to all bookings to cover pre and post hire cleaning.

    The Trustees of the Normandy Community Therapy Garden agree to permit the Hirer to use the premises during those times subject to their "Standard Conditions of Hire" set out below, and to the payment of the amount above.

    THE HIRER hereby undertakes to comply with all these conditions. In order to secure the booking payment must be made as soon as possible, and at least 7 days prior to the date required.

    PAYMENT - Please contact us for online payment details or send a cheque, made payable to "The Therapy Garden", to: -

    A deposit of £60 cash or cheque is required to be given when collecting the keys which will be refunded on their return. The full deposit will be retained if the venue is not left in the same condition upon which it was found i.e. clean facilities, furniture returned to original position etc.
