Grow to work

Transition students moving on from the SEND school system and young adults with additional learning needs are invited to join our ‘Grow to Work’ group, where they can participate in a range of horticultural and work experience activities. The Therapy Garden can offer City & Guilds Level 1 and Level 2 in Practical Horticulture if desired.

Our program aims to develop work and social skills, with activities tailored to individual client needs and offers valuable support in making the transition from school or college to a volunteering placement or the workplace.

Referrals

Clients can be referred through local Transition Teams, local colleges or self-referral. Please call 01483 813846 to speak to the Therapy Garden Manager
