The Trustees of the Normandy Community Therapy Garden agree to permit the Hirer to use the premises during those times subject to their "Standard Conditions of Hire" set out below, and to the payment of the amount above.
THE HIRER hereby undertakes to comply with all these conditions. In order to secure the booking payment must be made as soon as possible, and at least 7 days prior to the date required.
PAYMENT - Please contact us for online payment details or send a cheque, made payable to "The Therapy Garden", to: - The Manager, Normandy Community Therapy Garden, Manor Fruit Farm, Glaziers Lane, Normandy, Surrey GU3 2DT.
A deposit of £100 cash, cheque or card payment is required to be given when collecting the keys which will be refunded on their return. The full deposit will be retained if the venue is not left in the same condition upon which it was found i.e. clean facilities, furniture returned to original position etc.
